Extra packs

• EXPERIMENTAL — Undocumented or unstable endpoints (e.g., soundboard). Disabled by default.
• OAUTH_ONLY — Endpoints that require a user OAuth bearer token (e.g., command permissions V2). Not usable with bot tokens; left off by default.
